Get involved

With CDTLI you can “do your bit for the environment” and help to restore precious natural bushland around Townsville. You can also make new friends, develop your skills, get fit, and learn more about local plants and wildlife habitat while participating in CDTLI activities.

Join our group

Show your support by becoming a member of CDTLI. This year (2022) we have new memberships available which will be available from 1st October 2022. We still have the basic annual membership for only $10 but we now also have a family membership for up to four people, a Frequent Planter Membership which offers discounts at our Bush Garden Nursery and a Business Sponsorship giving local business’s a way to support our local revegetation activities. Your annual membership fee will go towards local revegetation activities and you can have a say in the way the group operates. Click here to find out more information about our new memberships. If you’d like more information, please contact us.

Support our work

CDTLI is a not-for-profit organisation and your donation will contribute directly to local revegetation around Townsville. Use our secure Square system (green button) to donate online. You can also donate in person at the nursery, or contact us for other ways to donate.

If you would like to donate your “Containers for Change” to CDTLI, please use our scheme number C10002829.

Volunteer with us

Come and see what CDTLI volunteers do at our native plant nursery and at our Landcare revegetation sites, and feel free to contact us about current opportunities for new volunteers.

Partner with us

We are keen to develop more partnerships with local organisations and businesses. This could include staff volunteering, in-kind support, direct sponsorship of a particular revegetation site (your business logo on public signage) and more. Please contact us to discuss new opportunities for mutual benefit.
